    Nothing that I like their service apartment or hotel room. Very poor, impolite customer service.

    The service apartment or hotel room was not to my expectation. A lot of dust and smell like nobody had been occupied the place for some time. The main door are poor and easier for robbery to enter. Service apartment are mixed with resident. There was dirt around swimming pool. Customer service are poor. They don't even bother to help me or open the main door while I carry bags and pushing my son on pram. They pretend not to see. They use sarcastic word to my 11 years old daughter when she ask for help. There are no security guard during day or night time. Middle of the night, you can hear sound of machine, bang sound etc...... This is my first time experience stayed with this type of hotel during my vacation. I waste my time, money I stongly don't recommend this hotel or especially service apartment to anybody.

    Aircon in the main not cold. It is blowing hot air. Very hot cannot sleep well.

    Close to plenty of local eateries. Many car wash stations too! So if you drive your own car...this is a good location to shower your car! I stayed in a deluxe room (the mid category of the room types). The bed and room was generally clean and well kept. Hotel water in shower was instant and hot.

    The advertised internet was not available all 2 nights that I stayed. Most staff seem poorly trained and could not answer basic questions on the services and options. Breakfast items were not refilled in time and were all cold even thought they were on warmers - not burners were lit to keep food warm. Objective of the sole staff in charge seemed like 'just fill up the containers and clean up the place'. There is no remote control for the tv. The rampway from the dining area to the front desk has wrought iron grilles which are sharp and I cut my arm on them - seems like disregard for safety at the expense of form.

    No towel, bedsheet dirty( hair and lipstick mark remaining), carpet smelly, broken door, noisy from next door

    nothing in this hotel could satisfy me.

    1.I booked online,and my booking was not recorded.Thus,wasted me half and hour to check in to my room.2.We did not get any help from the staff when we need to walk up on stairs to the second floor with our luggage.3.The room seems still unprepared,no towels.we gotta ask for towels,once again,walked down stairs..4.The carpet is dirty,and it stinks! lots of stain,5.The room isn't like what we saw online,the furnitures are rather old.It's totally different from the photos.6.The air-con isn't functioning well,during the last night of our stay,it finally broke down.7.when the air-con broke down,we telephoned the reception,answered but we waited for 15min nobody comes up. we called again,no answer,and again and again...finally they answered,but when the staff came up,he checked and asked us to wait for 20min,we waited for half an hour but the aircon still not working. At last,we had no choice but to change our room,and we carried our luggage downstairs,the staffs still the same,not helping at all.8.In this kind of situation,they should apologies,but they didnt.9. lastly, that is not an american breakfast!!

    The staff is friendly and reliable. Quick service maintenance within 5 minutes of calling. Good security. Lots of eating places surroundings. The apartment that I stayed has a good view of the harbour especially at night.

    The swimming pool is a bit dirty and slippery, not suitable for children without supervision. The aircond and hot water in the aprtment that I stayed are not functioning well - should take this into consideration as it affects the comfort of stay.

    Breakfast has no much choices, it is not American breakfast as stated in adverstiment. the apartment has a big confference table in living room, not convenient and totally different with the picture showed in advestiment. We wish to have an apartment for our weekend but ended up we got a conference room. the toilet bowl has urine strain and one of the shower head is spoiled.

    Having bad experience from beginning (booking time) till the end of staying in the said Hotel. Thus, no "best" experience which I should share with others.

    Messages/complaints have not delivered to the right party - Communication breakdown among the staff. Poor customer service.

    The location is quite strategic and this was the reason I chose this hotel.

    Not to complaint but I was so disappointed through my experience here. Booking was intially confirmed (through email and even called telephone), but apparently the hotel has given my room to other walk-in customer. I was later given a small room upon checking-in. Air-cond was not working, noisy and exploded after 5 minutes (with some material came out and water sprinkled). The carpet was dirty, really smelly, the room was stuffy and dusty. After 30 minutes waiting for the technician to repair the AC, I requested to change room and they said the room fully booked. I requested a refund due to a disappointment and has been so tired waiting (I was driving 4 hours from KL) and the hotel still charged me RM30 without offering full refund.

    The location was reasonable convenient to the rest of Johor Bharu.

    The room quality is well below what is shown in the photos, the room had none of the listed amenities (plates, towels, etc) on arrival and we had to prompt the staff many many times during the stay to acquire and keep them. The floors obviously hadn't been properly cleaned for a long time, and there was still spilled liquid in the fridge.
